Requests for video services should be made as early as possible. Schedule sufficient time for footage capture and remind subjects that they should have ample time available to participate in a video shoot.**
All requests are subject to approval by the Office of Marketing & Communications. Camera operators and editors will be assigned to clients as available.
Copyright of all footage will be managed by Hardin-Simmons University and will become a part of the university's photo library.
